My name is Vincenzo Zaccuri.
With a focus in the authentic Italian kitchen, I guarantee to create memorable culinary experiences by using fresh ingredients, the flavours from my upbringing in South Italy and joy for presentation and story telling.

About
I am a chef with diploma specialising in the good Italian kitchen, especially fish and meat in many variations.
Already as a 6-year old kid my vision was to be a chef – in the school photo I was pictured with the chef hat. My first teacher was my Mama, who used to teach at the chef school in Bologna. Later my family ran a restaurant in my home country.
But my Papa was a technician working at the Italian Telecom, and my parents wanted me to follow in his foot steps. I followed their wish and took a diploma in industrial electronic. After that it was clear to me that I STILL wanted to be a chef to follow my passion and vision. So I started that path with a diploma from the cook school in Catanzaro.
I worked in various fine restaurants in Calabria and in Novarra, before I had the chance to goto Denmark to gain international experience, in Aarhus, Aalborg, and Copenhagen. Here I also found love and settled down. I care about food and people, love to cook, present, teach, and communicate through my food made with heart and my open, joyous personality.
